Roy Devasia, whose legs were paralyzed by polio at a young age, was another resident of Mercy Home. He learned to move independently with crutches, and the schooling he received at Mercy Home fueled his drive for a brighter future. Roy is currently a government employee working at the PWD Buildings Sub-Division Office in Alappuzha, where he serves as an inspiring example of overcoming adversity and contributing to society.
