Mini Joseph, who came to Mercy Home at the age of 10, was born with a disability that made walking difficult. With the help of physiotherapy and the guidance of Sr. Mariella, she learned to walk with the assistance of calipers and crutches. After completing her pre-degree and later pursuing computer studies, Mini passed several PSC exams and secured a job at KSEBMoolamattom in 2008. She now works as a Senior Assistant and drives herself to work every day, a symbol of independence and self-reliance.
